SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPIRE1 (spire type actin nucleation factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPIRE1 qPCR Primer Set – spire type actin nucleation factor 1
Also known as: Spir-1
About this gene: Spire proteins, such as SPIRE1, are highly conserved between species. They belong to the family of Wiskott-Aldrich homology region-2 proteins, which are involved in actin organization.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56907; HGNC ID: HGNC:30622; UniProt: Q08AE8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001128626.2; Chromosome location: 18p11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
