SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPINT1 (serine peptidase inhibitor, Kunitz type 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPINT1 qPCR Primer Set – serine peptidase inhibitor, Kunitz type 1
Also known as: HAI, HAI1, MANSC2
About this gene: The SPINT1 protein belongs to the Kunitz family of serine protease inhibitors. The protein is a potent inhibitor specific for HGF activator and is believed to be involved in the regulation of the proteolytic activation of HGF in injured tissues.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6692; HGNC ID: HGNC:11246; UniProt: O43278; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003710.4; Chromosome location: 15q15.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
