SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPI1 (Spi-1 proto-oncogene) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPI1 qPCR Primer Set – Spi-1 proto-oncogene
Also known as: AGM10, OF, PU.1, SFPI1, SPI-1, SPI-A
About this gene: SPI1 encodes a ETS-domain transcription factor that activates gene expression during myeloid and B-lymphoid cell development. The nuclear protein binds to a purine-rich sequence known as the PU-box found near the promoters of target genes, and regulates their expression in coordination with other transcription factors and cofactors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6688; HGNC ID: HGNC:11241; UniProt: P17947; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003120.3; Chromosome location: 11p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
