SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATL1 (atlastin GTPase 1, also called hGBP3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATL1 qPCR Primer Set – atlastin GTPase 1
Also known as: AD-FSP, ATL-1, FSP1, HSN1D, SPG3, SPG3A, atlastin1
About this gene: The ATL1 protein is a GTPase and a Golgi body transmembrane protein. The ATL1 protein can form a homotetramer and is reported to interact with spastin and with mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 4. The ATL1 protein may be involved in axonal maintenance as evidenced by the fact that defects in ATL1 are a cause of spastic paraplegia type 3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51062; HGNC ID: HGNC:11231; UniProt: Q8WXF7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015915.5; Chromosome location: 14q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
