SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPG11 (SPG11 vesicle trafficking associated, spatacsin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPG11 qPCR Primer Set – SPG11 vesicle trafficking associated, spatacsin
Also known as: ALS5, CMT2X, KIAA1840
About this gene: The SPG11 protein is a potential transmembrane protein that is phosphorylated upon DNA damage. Defects in SPG11 are a cause of spastic paraplegia type 11.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 80208; HGNC ID: HGNC:11226; UniProt: Q96JI7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_025137.4; Chromosome location: 15q21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
