SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPCS1 (signal peptidase complex subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPCS1 qPCR Primer Set – signal peptidase complex subunit 1
Also known as: HSPC033, SPC1, SPC12, YJR010C-A
About this gene: SPCS1 is predicted to enable ribosome binding activity. It is involved in obsolete signal peptide processing; viral protein processing; and virion assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 28972; HGNC ID: HGNC:23401; UniProt: Q9Y6A9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014041.5; Chromosome location: 3p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
