SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPATA9 (spermatogenesis associated 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPATA9 qPCR Primer Set – spermatogenesis associated 9
Also known as: NYD-SP16
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in cell differentiation and spermatogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83890; HGNC ID: HGNC:22988; UniProt: Q9BWV2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_031952.4; Chromosome location: 5q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
