SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPATA2 (spermatogenesis associated 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPATA2 qPCR Primer Set – spermatogenesis associated 2
Also known as: PD1, PPP1R145, tamo
About this gene: SPATA2 enables signaling receptor complex adaptor activity and ubiquitin-specific protease binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including protein deubiquitination; regulation of necroptotic process; and regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9825; HGNC ID: HGNC:14681; UniProt: Q9UM82; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006038.4; Chromosome location: 20q13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
