SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SPATA1 (spermatogenesis associated 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SPATA1 qPCR Primer Set – spermatogenesis associated 1
Also known as: SP-2, SPAP1
About this gene: SPATA1 is predicted to be located in acrosomal vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 100505741; HGNC ID: HGNC:14682; UniProt: Q5VX52; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001397487.1; Chromosome location: 1p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
