SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SP2 (Sp2 transcription factor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SP2 qPCR Primer Set – Sp2 transcription factor
About this gene: SP2 belongs to the Sp subfamily of Sp/XKLF transcription factors. Sp family proteins are sequence-specific DNA-binding proteins characterized by an amino-terminal trans-activation domain and three carboxy-terminal zinc finger motifs. The SP2 protein contains the least conserved DNA-binding domain within the Sp subfamily of proteins, and its DNA sequence specificity differs from the other Sp proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6668; HGNC ID: HGNC:11207; UniProt: Q02086; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003110.6; Chromosome location: 17q21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
