Human SP110 qPCR Primer Set – SP110 nuclear body protein
Also known as: IFI41, IFI75, IPR1, VODI
About this gene: The nuclear body is a multiprotein complex that may have a role in the regulation of gene transcription. SP110 belongs to the SP100/SP140 family of nuclear body proteins and encodes a leukocyte-specific nuclear body component. The protein can function as an activator of gene transcription and may serve as a nuclear hormone receptor coactivator.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3431; HGNC ID: HGNC:5401; UniProt: Q9HB58; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080424.4; Chromosome location: 2q37.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
