About this gene: SRY-related HMG-box genes encode a family of DNA-binding proteins containing a 79-amino acid HMG domain that shares at least 50% sequence identity with the DNA-binding HMG box of the SRY protein. What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
