About this gene: SOX13 belongs to the SOX family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of cell fate. The SOX13 protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. The SOX13 gene product has also been determined to be a type-1 diabetes autoantigen, also known as islet cell antibody 12.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
