Human SOX10 qPCR Primer Set – SRY-box transcription factor 10
Also known as: DOM, PCWH, SOX-10, WS2E, WS4, WS4C
About this gene: SOX10 belongs to the SOX family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The SOX10 protein may act as a transcriptional activator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. The SOX10 protein acts as a nucleocytoplasmic shuttle protein and is important for neural crest and peripheral nervous system development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6663; HGNC ID: HGNC:11190; UniProt: P56693; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006941.4; Chromosome location: 22q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
