SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BPHL (biphenyl hydrolase like, also called MCNAA) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human BPHL qPCR Primer Set – biphenyl hydrolase like
Also known as: BPH-RP, MCNAA, VACVASE
About this gene: BPHL belongs to the serine protease family of hydrolytic enzymes which contain a serine in their active site. The BPHL protein may play a role in activation of the antiviral prodrug valacyclovir.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 670; HGNC ID: HGNC:1094; UniProt: Q86WA6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004332.4; Chromosome location: 6p25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
