SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SOCS3 (suppressor of cytokine signaling 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SOCS3 qPCR Primer Set – suppressor of cytokine signaling 3
Also known as: ATOD4, CIS3, Cish3, SOCS-3, SSI-3, SSI3
About this gene: SOCS3 belongs to the STAT-induced STAT inhibitor, also known as suppressor of cytokine signaling, family. SSI family members are cytokine-inducible negative regulators of cytokine signaling. The expression of SOCS3 is induced by various cytokines, including IL6, IL10, and interferon-gamma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9021; HGNC ID: HGNC:19391; UniProt: O14543; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003955.5; Chromosome location: 17q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
