SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX6 (sorting nexin 6) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX6 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 6
Also known as: MSTP010, TFAF2
About this gene: SNX6 belongs to the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. The SNX6 protein associates with the long isoform of the leptin receptor, the transforming growth factor-beta family of receptor serine-threonine kinases, and with receptor tyrosine kinases for platelet-derived growth factor, insulin, and epidermal growth factor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 58533; HGNC ID: HGNC:14970; UniProt: Q9UNH7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152233.4; Chromosome location: 14q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
