SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX5 (sorting nexin 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX5 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 5
About this gene: SNX5 belongs to the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. The SNX5 protein functions in endosomal sorting, the phosphoinositide-signaling pathway, and macropinocytosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27131; HGNC ID: HGNC:14969; UniProt: Q9Y5X3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014426.4; Chromosome location: 20p11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
