SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX22 (sorting nexin 22) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX22 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 22
About this gene: The SNX22 protein is a sorting nexin that is found in the cytoplasm, where it interacts with membrane-bound phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate. The SNX22 protein may play a role in intracellular trafficking.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79856; HGNC ID: HGNC:16315; UniProt: Q96L94; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024798.3; Chromosome location: 15q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
