SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX2 (sorting nexin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX2 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 2
Also known as: TRG-9
About this gene: SNX2 belongs to the sorting nexin family whose members contain the phosphoinositide-binding phox domain. The SNX2 protein is a component of the retromer complex which is involved in protein sorting in the endocytic pathway. The SNX2 protein may form oligomeric complexes with other family members.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6643; HGNC ID: HGNC:11173; UniProt: O60749; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003100.4; Chromosome location: 5q23.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
