SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX16 (sorting nexin 16) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX16 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 16
About this gene: SNX16 belongs to the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. The SNX16 protein associates with late endosome membranes as is involved in tubule formation, cholesterol transport, and transport of tetraspanin CD81.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64089; HGNC ID: HGNC:14980; UniProt: P57768; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_152836.3; Chromosome location: 8q21.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
