SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX15 (sorting nexin 15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX15 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 15
Also known as: HSAF001435
About this gene: SNX15 belongs to the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. Overexpression of SNX15 leads to a decrease in the processing of insulin and hepatocyte growth factor receptors to their mature subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29907; HGNC ID: HGNC:14978; UniProt: Q9NRS6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013306.5; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
