SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNX10 (sorting nexin 10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNX10 qPCR Primer Set – sorting nexin 10
Also known as: OPTB8
About this gene: SNX10 belongs to the sorting nexin family. Members of this family contain a phox domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. The SNX10 protein does not contain a coiled coil region, like some family members.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29887; HGNC ID: HGNC:14974; UniProt: Q9Y5X0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013322.3; Chromosome location: 7p15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
