SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNTG1 (syntrophin gamma 1, also called SYN4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNTG1 qPCR Primer Set – syntrophin gamma 1
Also known as: G1SYN, SYN4
About this gene: The SNTG1 protein belongs to the syntrophin family. Syntrophins are cytoplasmic peripheral membrane proteins that typically contain 2 pleckstrin homology domains, a PDZ domain that bisects the first PH domain, and a C-terminal domain that mediates dystrophin binding. This family member is involved in mediating gamma-enolase trafficking to the plasma membrane and in enhancing its neurotrophic activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54212; HGNC ID: HGNC:13740; UniProt: Q9NSN8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018967.5; Chromosome location: 8q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
