SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNTB2 (syntrophin beta 2, also called SNT3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNTB2 qPCR Primer Set – syntrophin beta 2
Also known as: D16S2531E, EST25263, SNT2B2, SNT3, SNTL
About this gene: Dystrophin is a large, rod-like cytoskeletal protein found at the inner surface of muscle fibers. Dystrophin is missing in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients and is present in reduced amounts in Becker Muscular Dystrophy patients. The SNTB2 protein is a peripheral membrane protein found linked to dystrophin and dystrophin-related proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6645; HGNC ID: HGNC:11169; UniProt: Q13425; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006750.4; Chromosome location: 16q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
