SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNTA1 (syntrophin alpha 1, also called TACIP1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNTA1 qPCR Primer Set – syntrophin alpha 1
Also known as: LQT12, SNT1, TACIP1, dJ1187J4.5
About this gene: Syntrophins are cytoplasmic peripheral membrane scaffold proteins that are components of the dystrophin-associated protein complex. SNTA1 belongs to the syntrophin gene family and encodes the most common syntrophin isoform found in cardiac tissues. The N-terminal PDZ domain of this syntrophin protein interacts with the C-terminus of the pore-forming alpha subunit of the cardiac sodium channel Nav1.5.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6640; HGNC ID: HGNC:11167; UniProt: Q13424; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003098.3; Chromosome location: 20q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
