SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNRPG (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide G, also called SmG) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNRPG qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide G
Also known as: SMG, Sm-G
About this gene: The SNRPG protein is a component of the U1, U2, U4, and U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein complexes, precursors of the spliceosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6637; HGNC ID: HGNC:11163; UniProt: P62308; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003096.4; Chromosome location: 2p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
