SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNRPF (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide F, also called SmF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNRPF qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide F
Also known as: SMF, Sm-F, snRNP-F
About this gene: SNRPF enables RNA binding activity. It is involved in spliceosomal snRNP assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6636; HGNC ID: HGNC:11162; UniProt: P62306; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003095.5; Chromosome location: 12q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
