SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNRPE (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide E, also called SmE) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNRPE qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide E
Also known as: HYPT11, SME, Sm-E, snRNP-E
About this gene: The SNRPE protein is a core component of U small nuclear ribonucleoproteins, which are key components of the pre-mRNA processing spliceosome. The SNRPE protein is involved in the 3' end processing of histone transcripts. The SNRPE protein is one of the targets in the autoimmune disease systemic lupus erythematosus, and mutations in SNRPE have been linked to hypotrichosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6635; HGNC ID: HGNC:11161; UniProt: P62304; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003094.4; Chromosome location: 1q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
