SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNRPD2 (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein D2 polypeptide, also called Sm-D2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNRPD2 qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear ribonucleoprotein D2 polypeptide
Also known as: SMD2, SNRPD1, Sm-D2
About this gene: The SNRPD2 protein belongs to the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein core protein family. The SNRPD2 gene product is required for pre-mRNA splicing and small nuclear ribonucleoprotein biogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6633; HGNC ID: HGNC:11159; UniProt: P62316; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001384647.1; Chromosome location: 19q13.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
