SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNRNP70 (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein U1 subunit 70, also called U1-70K) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNRNP70 qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear ribonucleoprotein U1 subunit 70
Also known as: RNPU1Z, RPU1, SNRP70, Snp1, U1-70K, U170K, U1AP, U1RNP
About this gene: SNRNP70 enables U1 snRNA binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of chaperone-mediated autophagy; negative regulation of protein refolding; and regulation of RNA splicing. Implicated in disease of mental health and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6625; HGNC ID: HGNC:11150; UniProt: P08621; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003089.6; Chromosome location: 19q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
