Human SNIP1 qPCR Primer Set – Smad nuclear interacting protein 1
Also known as: NEDHCS, PML1, PMRED
About this gene: SNIP1 encodes a protein that contains a coiled-coil motif and C-terminal forkhead-associated domain. The SNIP1 protein acts as a transcriptional coactivator that increases c-Myc activity and inhibits transforming growth factor beta and nuclear factor kappa-B signaling. The SNIP1 protein also regulates the stability of cyclin D1 mRNA, and may play a role in cell proliferation and cancer progression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79753; HGNC ID: HGNC:30587; UniProt: Q8TAD8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024700.4; Chromosome location: 1p34.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
