SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BATF3 (basic leucine zipper ATF-like transcription factor 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BATF3 qPCR Primer Set – basic leucine zipper ATF-like transcription factor 3
Also known as: JDP1, JUNDM1, SNFT
About this gene: BATF3 belongs to the basic leucine zipper protein family. The BATF3 protein acts as a transcriptional repressor when heterodimerizing with JUN. The protein may play a role in repression of interleukin-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-1 transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55509; HGNC ID: HGNC:28915; UniProt: Q9NR55; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018664.3; Chromosome location: 1q32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
