SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNCB (synuclein beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNCB qPCR Primer Set – synuclein beta
About this gene: SNCB belongs to a small family of proteins that inhibit phospholipase D2 and may function in neuronal plasticity. The SNCB protein is abundant in lesions of patients with Alzheimer disease. A mutation in SNCB was found in individuals with dementia with Lewy bodies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6620; HGNC ID: HGNC:11140; UniProt: Q16143; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003085.5; Chromosome location: 5q35.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
