SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNAPC2 (small nuclear RNA activating complex polypeptide 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SNAPC2 qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear RNA activating complex polypeptide 2
Also known as: PTFDELTA, SNAP45
About this gene: SNAPC2 encodes a subunit of the snRNA-activating protein complex which is linked to the TATA box-binding protein. The SNAPC2 protein is necessary for RNA polymerase II and III dependent small-nuclear RNA gene transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6618; HGNC ID: HGNC:11135; UniProt: Q13487; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003083.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
