SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNAP91 (synaptosome associated protein 91) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SNAP91 qPCR Primer Set – synaptosome associated protein 91
Also known as: AP180, CALM
About this gene: SNAP91 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including clathrin heavy chain binding activity; clathrin-cargo adaptor activity; and phospholipid binding activity. It acts upstream of or within regulation of clathrin-dependent endocytosis. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse; cytoplasmic vesicle; and parallel fiber to Purkinje cell synapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9892; HGNC ID: HGNC:14986; UniProt: O60641; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001242792.2; Chromosome location: 6q14.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
