About this gene: SNAI2 belongs to the Snail family of C2H2-type zinc finger transcription factors. The SNAI2 protein acts as a transcriptional repressor that binds to E-box motifs and is also likely to repress E-cadherin transcription in breast carcinoma. The SNAI2 protein is involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transitions and has antiapoptotic activity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
