SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SMYD1 (SET and MYND domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SMYD1 qPCR Primer Set – SET and MYND domain containing 1
Also known as: BOP, KMT3D, ZMYND18, ZMYND22
About this gene: SMYD1 is predicted to enable histone H3K4 methyltransferase activity. It is involved in positive regulation of myoblast differentiation and positive regulation of myotube differentiation. Predicted to be active in nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 150572; HGNC ID: HGNC:20986; UniProt: Q8NB12; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_198274.4; Chromosome location: 2p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
