SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SMURF2 (SMAD specific E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2, also called hSMURF2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SMURF2 qPCR Primer Set – SMAD specific E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 2
About this gene: SMURF2 enables SMAD binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway; positive regulation of ferroptosis; and positive regulation of trophoblast cell migration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64750; HGNC ID: HGNC:16809; UniProt: Q9HAU4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022739.4; Chromosome location: 17q23.3-q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
