SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SUMO3 (small ubiquitin like modifier 3, also called Smt3A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SUMO3 qPCR Primer Set – small ubiquitin like modifier 3
Also known as: SMT3A, SMT3H1, SUMO-3
About this gene: SUMO3 belongs to the small ubiquitin-related modifier family of eukaryotic proteins. The SUMO3 protein is covalently conjugated to other proteins via a post-translation modification known as sumoylation. Sumoylation may play a role in a wide variety of cellular processes, including nuclear transport, DNA replication and repair, mitosis, transcriptional regulation, and signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6612; HGNC ID: HGNC:11124; UniProt: P55854; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006936.3; Chromosome location: 21q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
