Human ARID1A qPCR Primer Set – AT-rich interaction domain 1A

Also known as: B120, BAF250, BAF250a, BM029, C1orf4, CSS2, ELD, MRD14, OSA1, P270, SMARCF1, hELD

About this gene: ARID1A belongs to the SWI/SNF family, whose members have helicase and ATPase activities and are thought to regulate transcription of certain genes by altering the chromatin structure around those genes. The ARID1A gene product possesses at least two conserved domains that could be important for its function. First, it has a DNA-binding domain that can specifically bind an AT-rich DNA sequence known to be recognized by a SNF/SWI complex at the beta-globin locus.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8289; HGNC ID: HGNC:11110; UniProt: O14497; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006015.6; Chromosome location: 1p36.11

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
