Human SMARCAD1 qPCR Primer Set – SNF2 related chromatin remodeling ATPase with DExD box 1
Also known as: ADERM, BASNS, ETL1, HEL1, HPGDS-AS1, HRZ, TYS
About this gene: SMARCAD1 belongs to the SNF subfamily of helicase proteins. The SMARCAD1 protein plays a critical role in the restoration of heterochromatin organization and propagation of epigenetic patterns following DNA replication by mediating histone H3/H4 deacetylation. Mutations in SMARCAD1 are linked to adermatoglyphia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56916; HGNC ID: HGNC:18398; UniProt: Q9H4L7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020159.5; Chromosome location: 4q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
