SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SMARCA4 (SWI/SNF related BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit ATPase 4, also called BAF190A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SMARCA4 qPCR Primer Set – SWI/SNF related BAF chromatin remodeling complex subunit ATPase 4
Also known as: BAF190, BAF190A, BRG1, CSS4, MRD16, OTSC12, RTPS2, SNF2, SNF2-beta, SNF2L4, SNF2LB, SWI2
About this gene: The SMARCA4 protein belongs to the SWI/SNF family of proteins and is similar to the brahma protein of Drosophila. Members of this family have helicase and ATPase activities and are thought to regulate transcription of certain genes by altering the chromatin structure around those genes. In addition, this protein can bind BRCA1, as well as regulate the expression of the tumorigenic protein CD44.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6597; HGNC ID: HGNC:11100; UniProt: P51532; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003072.5; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
