SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SLMAP (sarcolemma associated protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SLMAP qPCR Primer Set – sarcolemma associated protein
Also known as: SLAP
About this gene: SLMAP encodes a component of a conserved striatin-interacting phosphatase and kinase complex. Striatin family complexes participate in a variety of cellular processes including signaling, cell cycle control, cell migration, Golgi assembly, and apoptosis. The SLMAP protein is a coiled-coil, tail-anchored membrane protein with a single C-terminal transmembrane domain that is posttranslationally inserted into membranes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7871; HGNC ID: HGNC:16643; UniProt: Q14BN4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001377540.1; Chromosome location: 3p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
