SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SLK (STE20 like kinase, also called hSLK) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SLK qPCR Primer Set – STE20 like kinase
Also known as: LOSK, STK2, bA16H23.1, se20-9
About this gene: SLK enables protein homodimerization activity and protein serine/threonine kinase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cytoplasmic microtubule organization; protein autophosphorylation; and regulation of focal adhesion assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9748; HGNC ID: HGNC:11088; UniProt: Q9H2G2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014720.4; Chromosome location: 10q24.33-q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
