About this gene: SLC9A7 encodes a sodium and potassium/ proton antiporter that belongs to the solute carrier family 9 protein family. The SLC9A7 protein is primarily localized to the trans-Golgi network and is involved in maintaining pH homeostasis in organelles along the secretory and endocytic pathways. The SLC9A7 protein may enhance cell growth of certain breast tumors.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
