SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SLC6A11 (solute carrier family 6 member 11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SLC6A11 qPCR Primer Set – solute carrier family 6 member 11
Also known as: GAT-3, GAT3, GAT4
About this gene: The SLC6A11 protein is a sodium-dependent transporter that uptakes gamma-aminobutyric acid, an inhibitory neurotransmitter, which ends the GABA neurotransmission. Defects in SLC6A11 may result in epilepsy, behavioral problems, or intellectual problems.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6538; HGNC ID: HGNC:11044; UniProt: P48066; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014229.3; Chromosome location: 3p25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
