SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human BMX (BMX non-receptor tyrosine kinase, also called ETK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human BMX qPCR Primer Set – BMX non-receptor tyrosine kinase
Also known as: ETK, PSCTK2, PSCTK3
About this gene: BMX encodes a non-receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the Tec kinase family. The protein contains a PH-like domain, which mediates membrane targeting by binding to phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-triphosphate, and a SH2 domain that binds to tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and functions in signal transduction. The protein is implicated in multiple signal transduction pathways including the Stat pathway, and regulates differentiation and tumorigenicity of multiple types of cancer cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 660; HGNC ID: HGNC:1079; UniProt: P51813; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_203281.3; Chromosome location: Xp22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
