SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SLC4A11 (solute carrier family 4 member 11, also called NaBC1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SLC4A11 qPCR Primer Set – solute carrier family 4 member 11
Also known as: BTR1, CDPD1, CHED, CHED2, NABC1, dJ794I6.2
About this gene: SLC4A11 encodes a voltage-regulated, electrogenic sodium-coupled borate cotransporter that is essential for borate homeostasis, cell growth and cell proliferation. Mutations in SLC4A11 have been linked to a number of endothelial corneal dystrophies including recessive corneal endothelial dystrophy 2, corneal dystrophy and perceptive deafness, and Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 83959; HGNC ID: HGNC:16438; UniProt: Q8NBS3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001174089.2; Chromosome location: 20p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
