About this gene: The SLC39A7 protein transports zinc from the Golgi and endoplasmic reticulum to the cytoplasm. This transport may be important for activation of tyrosine kinases, some of which could be involved in cancer progression. Therefore, modulation of the SLC39A7 protein could be useful as a therapeutic agent against cancer.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
